I danced in the Nutcracker as a teenager
I have been a teacher for 15 years, 12 years in BPS and 8 of those in 4th grade. It is my hope that all students who enter my classroom feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. My ultimate goal for all students is to find joy in learning and being a responsible global citizen. I want all students to know that their personal and cultural identity is one of the most important parts of our classroom community, and that every individual is loved and valued for who they are. I believe that academic success comes from a strong partnership between the school, the student and the family.
